HIWIN Linear Guide, Linear Motion - QR series มีคุณลักษณะที่มีความแข็งแรงสูงมาก และสามารถรับน้ำหนักได้สูงมาก QR series มีเทคโนโลยี ซิงค์โมชั่น (SynchMotion^TM) ซึ่งทำให้เกิดความเสียดทานต่ำ การเคลื่อนที่ราบรื่น การทำงานเงียบ และอายุการใช้งานนาน ดังนั้นลิเนียร์ไกด์ QR series จึงเหมาะกับงานในอุตสาหกรรมที่ต้องการความแม่นยำสูง เสียงรบกวนต่ำ ความแข็งแรงสูง และยังสามารถเปลี่ยนใช้กับ RG series ได้

QR series linear guideways are classified into non-interchangeable and interchangeable types. The sizes of these two types are the same as one another. The main difference is that the interchangeable type of blocks and rails can be freely exchanged and they can maintain p-class accuracy. Because of strict dimensional control, the interchangeable type linear guideways are a wise choice for customers when rails do not need to be matched for an axis. The model number of the QR series identifies the size, type, accuracy class, preload class, etc.

มีแรงเสียดทานต่ำ การเคลื่อนที่ราบรื่น การทำงานเงียบ และอายุในการใช้งานยาวนาน
เหมาะกับงานในอุตสาหกรรมที่ต้องการความแม่นยำสูง เสียงรบกวนต่ำ ความแข็งแรงสูง
สามารถเปลี่ยนใช้กับ RG series ได้

ระดับความแม่นยำ
- H = สูง
- P = แม่นยำ
- SP = แม่นยำสูง
- UP = แม่นยำสูงที่สุด

ระดับการับน้ำหนักเริ่มต้น
- Z0 = น้ำหนักปกติ
- ZA = น้ำหนักปานกลาง
- ZB = น้ำหนักสูง

In standard linear guideways, rolling elements on the load side of the guide block begin rolling and push their way though the raceway. When they contact other rolling elements they create counter-rotational friction. This results in a great variation of rolling resistance. The QR linear guideway, with SynchMotion^TM technology prevents this condition. As the block starts to move, the rolling elements begin rolling consecutively and remain separated to prevent contact with one another thus keeping the element's kinetic energy extremely stable in order to effectively reduce fluctuations in rolling resistance.
In linear guideway, with the four rows of rollers arranged at a contact angle of 45 degree, the QR series linear guideway has equal load ratings in the radial, reverse eadial and lateral directions, The QR series has a higher load capacity in a smaller size than conventional, ball-type linear guideways.
With SynchMotion^TM technology, rolling elements are interposed between the partitions of SynchMotion^TM to provide improved circulation. Due to the elimination of contact between the rolling elements, collision noise and sound levels and drastically reduced.
